It Gets Better Library Project

It Gets Better Project

The It Gets Better Project has changed many people’s lives.
We hear it every day – LGBT youth are beginning to feel the change, the acceptance.  They are beginning to believe that it does get better.  With your help, we’ve grown to a community of over 10,000 videos, we’ve funded resources at GLSEN and the Trevor Project, and raised awareness about teenage bullying and ways to help, but our work is not done.
Our next goal is to get the It Gets Better Book into every school library across the country so that every bullied child has access to resources and can know that it does get better.
Help us reach our goal. Buy a book (or several!) for us to donate to schools across the country.  Each donation of $25 covers one book and if you like, you can pick where we send it:

For kids who don’t have access to YouTube or whose schools block web surfing, we needed a different delivery method – so we created the It Gets Better book featuring nearly 100 stories from people who have either made videos or have written essays just for the book.
Send a copy of the It Gets Better Book directly to the high school or community library of your choice:

Thank you so much for your support.
